Message	Hotwire Mass air flow sensors use a 12v power signal to heat a wire. The wire heats up and changes temperature (creating a voltage reading). As air flows across it and cools it off, the voltage reading changes. Using hot air to get MAF isn't a great idea IMHO. You can contact nixit on Aol's Instant Messenger using the user ID; "nixit911".
